Our office is really a unique office, I think. I am biased, but I really believe we have the best team that you can put together. My name may be on the door but I really am not the major focus.
Every call that's made is handled by somebody who wants to answer that call, who wants to take care of that patient's needs. My assistants are not only assisting me, more importantly they're assisting the patients that come in that door. Whether it's getting them a smoothie as they are going back on the road, whether it's sitting them down and saying, "Look, lay back for a few minutes and just relax in a massage chair," whether it's turning on their favorite show on television, everything that we do is about the patient.
Yes, we're going to provide great care, that's a given; but more than that, we want to provide outstanding service that when the patient leaves, they know they have been taken care of as an individual, as a person.
